Application:

Olive Pomace Oil is mainly sold the catering sector as a perfect oil for frying as it maintains its composition, even at high temperatures. It is a much less expensive alternative to extra virgin olive oil and its neutral taste and high smoke point are obvious plus points.

 

Olive Pomace Oil is the oil obtained from the olive pomace, which is the pit and crushed remains of the

olive after initial pressings. This oil is obtained through solvent extraction (similar to seed oils) and is

refined. It has a mild taste and aroma, and is commonly use in both food and body care manufacturing.
